Shahi means royal, and that is how we approach every booking. Whether it's an intimate Nikah breakfast for thirty or a grand wedding banquet, we put the same care into the menu, the cooking and the service.

We bring together six culinary traditions: Pakistani, Afghan, Indian, Punjabi, Sri Lankan and our Summer BBQ. You can choose a single classic or mix dishes across kitchens to create a menu that's entirely yours.

Whole spices are toasted and ground for each event, so every masala tastes vivid and fresh.

The Art of Dum

Biryanis and kormas are sealed and slow-steamed so the flavours deepen gently, the old Mughal way.

Live Fire & Tandoor

Kebabs, chops and breads are cooked over charcoal and in the tandoor, often right in front of your guests.
